Key responsibilities
• Provide front-line IT support to employees via walk-ups, tickets and casual chats
• Deploy and retreive computer hardware to/from desks
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair IT hardware and software
• Give basic instructions to employees on how to use company IT systems
• Write and update technical documentation for end users and the IT team
• Valid student rights until (at least) december
• Exclusively own student contract

• Must have experince in using and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 7/10 OS’s
• Must have experince using and troubleshooting mainstream mobile OS’s (iOS, Android)
• Can troubleshoot any issue by applying troubleshooting methodology on unfamiliar systems
• Must understand networking basics
• Bonus skills: Familiarity with systems like Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Exchange
