MINUTES

of the Electoral Assembly of the Alumni Club of the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica (ACVVG).

The Electoral Assembly was attended by:

The Assembly started at 7 p.m. on 13 October 2011. It was chaired by lect. Martina Mihalinčić, mag.pol. who opened the assembly by determining the attendees, proposing and adopting the agenda.

The agenda included the proposal of the amendments of the ACVVG Statute, election of the ACVVG President, election of the ACVVG Vice President, election of the ACVVG Secretary, election of the ACVVG Management Board and miscellaneous.

Ad. 1 – Proposal of amendments of the Statute
Amendments to the ACVVG Statute adopted on 9 December 2010 at the Founding Assembly has been proposed. The amendments related to the defining of the Alumni Club of VVG as a non-profit club as part of VVG, Article 3, Item 1.
The amendments of the ACVVG Statute were accepted by majority vote, with one abstention.

Ad. 2 – Election of the ACVVG President
Martina Mihalinčić, mag. pol. informed the Assembly participants about the responsibilities of the ACVVG President.
Mr. Miroslav Čulk, bacc.ing.techn.inf. was proposed. After having introduced the candidate the voting followed. The candidate Miroslav Čulk was elected unanimously.

Ad. 3 – Election of the ACVVG Vice President
The Assembly participants were informed about the responsibilities of the Club Vice President. Mr. Tomislav Mikolavčić, bacc.ing.techn.inf. was proposed. The proposal was unanimously accepted.

Ad. 4 – Election of the ACVVG Secretary
The participants were informed about the responsibilities and duties of the Club Secretary. Ms. Silvana Tome, voc.spec.ing.admin.chris. was proposed. The proposal was unanimously accepted.

Ad. 5 – Election of the ACVVG Management Committee
The participants were informed about the obligations of the Club Management Committee. The following candidates were proposed and accepted:

  1. Anita Filipović
  2. Dušan Peruničić
  3. Jurica Keser
  4. Siniša Sili
  5. Ognjen Čajić

Ad. 6 – Miscellaneous
Dušan Peruničić, voc. spec ing.admin.chris suggested the introduction of paying membership fees for the Club members. The member of the initial committee Mirela Karabatić suggested that membership cards be made so that they could serve the Club members to borrow or buy books at the VVG Library. The costs of making the membership cards could be covered by the annual membership fee. The proposals are being considered.

The Secretary, Ms. Silvana Tome proposed that data on the deceased students of the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica be collected and that to their remembrance the All Saints’ Day be marked. The data should be collected at the Administration office and it should be agreed on the way of marking the honour of those who died.

The Management Committee will make arrangements for the next meeting.
