Course Objective: Gaining knowledge of the fundamentals of management and entrepreneurship. |

Course Contents: Definition of management. Basic management functions (planning, organising, staffing, management, control, control techniques). Small enterprise and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship and entrepreneur (definition, qualities of an entrepreneur, stimulations, resources, inner entrepreneurship, innovativeness and entrepreneurship). Entrepreneurial alternatives. Running a business of a small enterprise. Business factors (financial, material and human). Marketing, sale. Business results (cost types, calculation, business results). Indicators of successful business (profitability, solvency). Entrepreneurial project (definition, purpose, elaboration and presentation). Formal structure of a project. |
