Course Objective: Acquisition of basic knowledge of English grammar with an aim of its successful use in understanding written and spoken language.

Course Contents: Verb tenses and forms, direct and reported speech, passive voice, modal verbs, numbers, formulas, numerical expressions, technical terminology of computing.

General and Specific Competencies (Knowledge and Skills): Knowledge of specific terminology and its application in written and spoken language. Reading comprehension skills and communication skills in English covering the field of computer systems.
